Martha’s Vineyard has long been a haven for artists and inspired individuals. Be a part of that creative vibrancy during Fall for the Arts!
Each year for the entire month of October, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, and Nantucket celebrate local artists, artisans, and culture. Events on Martha’s Vineyard showcase the extraordinary work of the Island community in visual arts, dance, theater, music, film and much much more!
Arts Martha’s Vineyard hosts an annual Creative Economy Speaker Series (Tuesdays at 11:30 at the Harbor View Hotel), while other organizations host artist talks, craft demonstrations, musical performances, and events for children and families.
Signature weekend events in October abound as well. There’s the Living Local Harvest Fest, the Columbus Day Weekend Artisans Festival, the Martha’s Vineyard Food & Wine Festival, and the Striped Bass and Bluefish Fishing Derby.
